AIRCRAFT PARTS & MANUFACTURING -METHODS ENGINEER

Description

You are responsible for making sure the schedule is followed during production. You will receive regular information on progress and deal quickly with any problems, such as a shortage of staff or materials and machinery breakdowns.

As Methods engineer you will decide manpower utilization in the process of converting raw materials to finished products and how workers can most effectively perform their assigned tasks.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Making plans using detailed drawings.
  • Preparing estimates and budgets.
  • Creating accurate project specifications.
  • Designing engineering experiments.
  • Creating technical reports for customers.
  • Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Mechanical / Aerospace / Manufacturing engineering.
  • Must have excellent ability to read detail and assembly drawing requirement.
  • Experience with CAD (preferably CATIA) systems is required.
